I had the same problem as the original poster about a year and a half ago. I ordered some business cards from VistaPrint and was unaware that they enrolled me in a scam and were charging me $12 per month. I finally caught it after three months. I called the number on my credit card statement and asked what the charge was. The CSR was very polite and un-enrolled me from the "service". They also refunded my $36 but I will never do business with VistaPrint ever again.
Since that experience, I make it a habit to look up any internet company on the Better Business Bureau's website before I do business with them. In the VistaPrint case it would have saved me a headache because the BBB rated them poorly at that time.
