How weird. Maybe it just died, either by natural means or drowing by the state of it and perhaps ants ate the head.

I found the body of a bee yesterday and flicked it over and the whole of the insides of the abdomen were gone.

god knows looks like some one has bit it off and then desided they didnt want the rest of his body! Great shot tho!
