When you hit Buy it Now, did you see Live cashback logo saying it's eligible? Not all Buy It Nows count for the offer--only the ones through paypal.

Ok, I figured it out. For some reason Live.com signed me out when it transfered me to eBay. When I opened another window and logged back into Live.com the total saving appeared. Saved my self $250.00 on an already good price. :D:D:D

I still cannot figure this out. I have gone through live search to ebay and gone through the buy it now option but when I get to the final commit to buy stage there is nothing about cash back / rebate. I am looking for either a Sigma 150-500 or Canon 100-400. Anyone find a buy it now seller for either the Canon or Sigma? I have a pay pal account and an account with MS Live.

Where in the heck on ebay does it show you that you are going to get the rebate? I go from the live search to ebay. Tried the TriState buy it now for the Sigma 150-500 and Canon 100-400. Click on the buy it now. And then on the next screen you have to click to confirm the purchase but there is nothing about the rebate. Once you click at this point it is too late, you have bought it and I don't want to find out later I don't get the rebate. I have tried other sellers as well with the same result. What is the secret???

I would stay away then.
I make sure that there is an actual dollar amount for the rebate displayed.

Well I finally got it to work by switching to a different computer. Ordered a Canon 100-400 and got $250 cashback (in 60 days). Worked fine with the new computer. Not sure the reason - different security levels? Just wanted to pass along my experience so if you are having trouble try a different computer.

This is such a great deal! Good thing I was just in the market for new lenses. I used up all three of my cashback offers for two L lenses and a 580ex 2 flash! Woohoo!

man, ever lens I look at the seller has either inflated the price (leaving me a net savings of like $11...BFD) because they know about the rebate and even mention it in their ad or the seller uses a 3rd party checkout...dang...just, well, DANG IT...

I lost.. and splurge for the 70-200 F4 IS. If I get the rebate, it'll cost me a little less than $900 including a tripod ring & B+W filter. Nervous time now. I wasn't even planning to get a lens, not this expensive anyway, but it was such a good deal that it's hard to pass up.
