Well, I posted some pictures of my car in another thread on here called ducks and they were major underexposed. I took some tips from some of y'all and maybe these are a little better.

That is a nice looking car.... need more info!

The first one is crooked, BTW, and I think it could use a touch more contrast but the contrast thing may just be my monitor.

Ya, I tried to line up with the rocks in the top, I guess I was off a little.

The car is a Mr2 Spyder
It has a custom widebody (built by me)
Built motor with all the goodies (Turbo, stand alone fuel management, methanol injection, and one and on).
The list of modifications would take 2 pages on here lol. It is built for road course racing and has a complete suspension package including custom bracing.

Yeah, I really like them, the last one you posted is a little dark, but the other 2 are good.

Ya, I had alot of them dark like that :) . I just though I would post it in hopes someone will say, :why the hell did you do that, you should have done this".

Anyway, my friend told me some spots were blown out and I should have not shot into the light like I did.

Thanks though, you are my new forum best friend :) .

I bought a polarizer from our camera store in town, but when i got out there, it was the wrong size! I was also having to fight the crowds that were gathering to look at the car, so it was tough to get a picture.

Dont throw out the dark ones... Hit them with curves and you can save them. THis was a quick 5 min. fix. Could be done way better but this was just to give you an idea on how to save under exposed pics. Hope you dont mind. By the way that is the nices MR2 that I have ever seen..

gbpro1, thanks, that turned out pretty good! I am not really doing any PP right now because I am trying to learn to take a picture that does not need it (I know I got a ways to go). I keep a couple of pictures for reference for the future, but I delete all the rest. I am only a one week old, so I have alot to learn :) .
Thanks for taking the time to show me how it can look!!

No problem.. Well your doing great... And yep that is the best way.. Learn to take them right the first time.. The PP will come as you go.. Just about all pictures need a little tweeking though so start playing with PP as well. I have Photoshop elements and it seems to do all that you could need and it costs a fraction of Photoshop.. Good luck.. And most of all have fun :)
