I spent 3-4 hours last night putting together a new MyPublisher wedding book. After I was done, I tried uploading it. It uploaded fine but the confirmation page would error out. I tried over and over, even from different computers but same results.

Since they do not have any phone support, I sent them an email. They said that it is taking them 6 hours to reply. Its been well over 10 without any reply. Have anyone used them recently? Any good? what about support?

If they are r@ppy (INVALID EMAIL), who else would you recommend?

Thanks.

Thanks guys.

Is there any stand along software that I can use to create these books in and then simply provide that to the printer? I rather not have to spend 4 hours again on some place and then have to re-create the book in a different software because of one reason or another.

I know I can create pages in photoshop but I am not that creative when it comes to creating templates and then adding some art/clip art for different types of books.

Thanks.

Do you have to give these pages to select few printers or Do most printers accept these pages?

Thanks

hmm, I checked it out. It seems like a lot of work requiring a lot of layout experience and imagination. :-)

Maybe you could use a pdf converter and send in the pdf file? Seems like I read a article (or post) about this somewhere and this solved all of the authors problems. Good luck - I know it can be frustrating when sruff like this happens. Hang in there!

I just got my order from them last week (looks like the quality has improved since I last got one about a year ago!)

I actually have a friend who has exactly the same problem, tried re-installing the software, got technical support, used different computers but for some reason they just can not use it anymore. They now use YoPhoto (haven't seen the quality)

The only other thought was that it was one of the images, something corrupting somewhere.

Hopefully they can sort it for you. As I'm really pleased with the book I got (for the price it is etc)

I know this thread is almost a year old but I thought I'd bring it back up to check quality of the paper back book. I'm needing to order 100 of one book and thought I might give them a try.

I've sent a request to Customer Service, I was wondering if the logo is required to be in the book and how good the quality was?

For this client they need 100 books at a cost of less than $20 each..not a bunch of options out there.

I recently had a maternity session client order two books through My Publisher, and she was extremely pleased with the result.
