Hi,

I have a Bowens travel Pak to power my Esprit Gemini 500w head. The problem is it doesn't work! The head works if I use the regular lead plugged into the wall but it doesn't work using the travel pak. Any ideas anyone before I send it back?

Thanks

Debi

The obvious questions ? do you have the head switched on position II ?
You have the blanking plug on the second power outlet on the travelpak ?
and you have tried reconnecting the leads a few times as they are a bit perniticky ?
forgive me stating what might seem obvious.
best wishes
John

Hi John, thanks for responding. Yes i have done all of those things. I know it's usually the most obvious thing that is often overlooked. I just can't work out why it's not working. The battery is fully charged, all the settings are correct. I may have to send it back and get a replacement. Thanks again, Debi
