I have a question. When I attempt to covert a 16 bit TIFF from High to Low Dynamic Range it does not show my source unless I click on “remove photomatrix watermark” which should even be there are at least permanently checked since I paid for it. Then the “tone map HDR image info” box disappears and no files under the source. This seems to be a bug with the system.

Basically I am converting a single picture in TIFF format to HDR. the program is Photomatix Pro 3.00 I purchased the license last night.

I assume you upgraded the trial version to the fully licensed version via a key/serial number?

Have you tried completely shutting down your computer and restarting it? Some trial software is kinda funny about requiring a clean reboot to load up correctly once a license key has been purchased and entered. Simply re-launching the program isn't always enough.

No it still is the same.
That remove photomatix watermark is still there and it does the exact same thing.

^^ i like the mailbox one as well...a quick question to donjuan...are these 'real'(i use this term because so many people do) HDR or tonemapped...they look great to me...just kinda wondering, as it looks like it could've been obtained from a single shot...and that's something i've yet to try

thanks guys! i just liked the colors on the old wells, and the light was perfect at the time, hitting the right side of them. They are real hdr, both consisting of 3 exposures, the mail box one, in the single exposure, the shadows were not so apparent, but with hdr you can always make the shadpws pop i think.
the mail box one is my favourite too :)
i plan on going back when the sunset is better and nailing both the shots so that the csky is more interesting

This was my first time trying anything like this, so I don't know if my process was correct, but this is what came out.
