Couple of pictures of a little country church called Pobke Church about 20 minutes out of Port Lincoln.

Both really nice images. The first is really the one that stands out for me though. I really like the effect of the flare from the sun. My only real criticism would be the amount of 'dead space' at the bottom 1/3 of the image. All that grass just feels a bit redundant really.

Beautiful shots. This is with no HDR? Great colors.

Yep, I like the first one a lot. I like the shadow of the building and the tree in the background left gives the photo a kind of good against evil feeling for me.

It would nice to see some detail in the shadows, that's what HDR is meant to do after all. I think the HDR effect is a little too strong, otherwise nice compositions.

I like them both but I'd edit the perspective in the second one, the vertical lines caused by the wide angle lens at a low angle just gives it a negative feel for me.

Thanks dazzlebea, taygull, squashed, nistelrooydude, curiosgeorge and toms1. Yeah taygull as I was a bit iffy with it but in the end I kind liked the walls sloping inwards. I'm going have a go at changing it though.
