It's a rainy afternoon, I'm bored, and I have a camera. Nicky is at least partly Maine Coone, so she makes a very patient test subject for trying out flashes and lenses and such.

Taken with the non-IS 18-55mm kit lens, Canon Rebel XTi, 500D Close-up lens, and popup flash.

Thanks, guys. Nicky is certainly the most co-operative of my kitties. The other two are only still when they're sleeping, and then they're curled up so tight as to have uninteresting pictures.
