I'm new to flashes, so go easy on me. I have a Vivitar 273 flash, kinda old but still works, and want to know:
will a Vivitar 273 work with a Canon XTI?
Anyone know?

Personally I won't use a flash with a trigger voltage of more than 6v on my 350D.

Personally I won't use a flash with a trigger voltage of more than 6v on my 350D. It may be old but they are a decent flash having 3 auto settings & 1 manual. My father in law (Pentax user) uses his all the time & yields some great results. 327Volts huh... wow. Well then. How did you modify the trigger voltage? I'm an EE, so it shouldn't be hard, just need to know where to start. Canon 50D; Battery Grip; Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8; Canon 50mm f/1.8; Canon 430 Speedlight;
