my settings were: 6 sec, f/5.0 (manual mode), ISO 100. I used my Rebel XTi and the EF70-210mm 3.5-4.5 USM @ 75mm on a tripod. I was at the top of a hill looking down.

Very nice...I love power grids, like this shows. The fireworks, etc. just add to a nice shot. Cool!
