Does anyone know where you can find the paperwork to draw up for clients when they want to buy the copyright for some of your images? Thanks in advance.

I'm listening in on this one also... I wouldn't be surprised if a POTN search would show a thread on this already. Beware, the transfer of Copyright should account for any use including selling use to a third party. It should be a very expensive proposition no matter the content. www.tonyclarkphoto.com

Both have sample image usage licensing forms and go into detail about the various forms of licensing and how to keep from getting screwed. The first book has some general pricing guidelines for various types of usage, and details which can be very helpful knowing what questions to ask when negotiating pricing. The second one has many other types of forms you might eventually need. The forms in it are on CD as well, I'm not sure if the first one has a CD or not, my copy is 5 or 6 years old now. Alan Myers
