Does anyone know where you can find the paperwork to draw up for clients when they want to buy the copyright for some of your images? Thanks in advance.

Or the language to create your own? I'm listening in on this one also... I wouldn't be surprised if a POTN search would show a thread on this already.

You can simply draft an invoice which states the authorized license. Beware, the transfer of Copyright should account for any use including selling use to a third party. It should be a very expensive proposition no matter the content.

Buy the books "Pricing Photography" and "Business and Legal Forms for Photographers". Both have sample image usage licensing forms and go into detail about the various forms of licensing and how to keep from getting screwed. The first book has some general pricing guidelines for various types of usage, and details which can be very helpful knowing what questions to ask when negotiating pricing. The second one has many other types of forms you might eventually need. The forms in it are on CD as well, I'm not sure if the first one has a CD or not, my copy is 5 or 6 years old now.
