been out yesterday after work with a mate in birmingham.

here is one of selfridges at the bullring.

drawers full of slightly mouldy Leica kit, a couple of newish Japanese bits, nearly every cheap Chinese flash modifying toy ever sold on ebay and sooooo many batteries the TSA have me on a no fly list ;)

Very nice, the B & W works very well

I'm now going to see what my efforts look like in B&W.
I spent an hour or so taking some pictures of it about 18 months ago. While I was doing that I got asked by four couples to take their pictures with the building in the background for them.

The more I look at the image I must agree with RAPhotography.
I also searched for more info about this building and it is really cool design.

i tried an HDR version last night, but it doesnt look nice. but then that was just from 1 raw file. maybe next time i am down at the bullring to take photos i take more raw's for a HDR version.

been inside only once, its a shop. but i dont think u can see the bubbles from the inside.

It looks like a regular open plan department store from the inside.

It is a stunning building, but I am not sure that it will age well.

This is a great B&W pic that works well. The colours are so bold that I have never thought about a B&W conversion.
