G9 Settings

When using the G9 in "P" mode for instance indoors with decent light ,will the camera select the right amount of flash to be used or does it just use all the power unless the operator reduces the setting of amount to be used.

My wife has a G9, but do not know. Best to test it yourself and fine the results.
Good luck and it is a great camera.

In those circumstances and settings, the G9 will try to adjust the flash automatically. Just remember that it is a small flash and that you may not agree with the G9's interpretation of the amount of flash needed. If you disagree, then you can turn down the relative flash power and take another shot.
