Guessing across three factors are pretty difficult (body, ISO, and software (lightroom in the above example)) and not quite worth the exercise unless you are somebody that does ISO tests across different bodies through different software for a living. For example, doubt too many could guess this below.... shot raw, converted using raw converter, then did use a bit of noiseware, but nothing extravagant.
