Bugger about my 70-200 Canon says it may cause OOF shots using it with IS Off, Will be renting one, maybe even renting a 100-400, as in that case if it gets dusty it aint mine

Good bargain for the one getting the 70-200 f/2.8 is.

If it's the one I'm thinking of :)

Yeah it's on OCAU Photography Marketplace Feng.
There is a guy who has posted regarding interest andium yet to post.

Well the RAW is more for your benefit so you can play around afterwards. Probably won't be much good to her though.

I think that is a fairly even trade by the way... maybe slightly better for the receiver of the 70-200. I assume that's you?

I have yet to negotiate the trade so the cash trade value could very well go up. But at the moment, i'm not using the 24-105L at all :(

Sure thing, I'm planning on organising a Strobist-style meet soon at some point. Will be doing models, and lots of off-camera lighting.

Work experience is a hard one - sometimes it's counted towards the contact hours, sometimes it's not.

Oh, mine didn't count, but it still wore me out...

OOC, how many of you guys shoot auto vs manual WB setting?
I presume most shoot @ Auto and RAW and then adjust in PP.

I shoot almost entirely in daylinght WB< unless I'm after some kind of effect. Makes it easier to adjust the WB in big slabs of shots in LR when they're all the same, not all over the shop from it being in auto.

Oh and any comments regarding the potential 24-105 + $1100 trade for a 70-200 F2.8 IS

I just paid $1900 for a mint 70-200/2.8L IS.

cheers, juice (Canon shooter, Elinchrom lighter, but pretty much agnostic on brands.)

I'm in Brunswick West, living in a leased shoebox, but hopefully about to buy in Richmond.
