I like #1 too but maybe make the eyes color as well.

I read a couple of you would have liked the eyes blue. I did this with another photo I took of of her and it looked good so thanks again for the idea.

Definitely #2. I think the face should always stand out more than anything and in #1 the hat is what I'm drawn to most.
