Not really. Most of the time, anyways.

But I've noticed deaf people generally take better pictures than hearing people because deaf people depend on vision moreso than hearing people do.

It really depends on the individual. Many people say I'm a very good photographer. I think depending more on my vision due to my deafness plays somewhat of a part in it.
