Thanks all for the comments and suggestions, I appreciate them all. You'll be glad to see I've cropped the 3rd photo - still don't know if I like it... Anyways. Re: the editing, I started with the raw then did something I thought I'd regret - CS4 auto tone/colour in jpeg. I was VERY surprised how well it did it. Then I just did a levels adjustment to "pop" it a little. Done!
Btw Ziffle, I'm sorry you don't like the shadows in the first two, but I'm quite partial to them - each to their own I guess (as long as the bride stays happy )

The first two have weird colors for me - The dress isn't white. It's almost yellow/caramel. Fingers crossed you shot in raw. The compositions and her in general though are beautiful.

I'm not sure if I'm a fan of the 3rd - Looks like he is standing on the dress?

#4 I might've stopped down a bit more to get her in the focus?

1 + 2 for me definitely once you fix that white balance up.

Check you monitor calibration I am running a fully calibrated display and parts of the dress read almost pure white just a touch of yellow as to be expected that time of day.

I have a fully calibrated monitor also.

I was commenting on the original photos the OP had up that WERE off white balance. He updated the pictures since then though with the proper White Balance.

They're good - but the first two i would have liked to have seen all of her dress... it seems like they've been cropped awkwardly

3rd is weird for me as it comes off kind of 'creepy'?

Hahaha - I can't win - I cropped them to remove a distracting tree as suggested by another poster, but thanks for your input.

Yeah, that was has been chopped and changed a bit too - the videographer was setting them up for a slow-mo kiss or something... doesn't help that she looks a little nervous. Three photogs and a couple of video guys could do that to a person I guess

Perhaps a tighter crop from her waist up or something then rather than halfway down her legs

Thanks mate. No I didn't use HTP - I turned off all noise reduction, HTP etc. hoping to avoid the "black dots" issue. So far so good, I just hope the firmware update is on it's way soon so I can play with those extra features!

Love the second and third!

My monitor shows the dress bright white, maybe some need calibration.
