Phart is an acronym for PHoto ART - a term coined by someone else for pictures heavily manipulated in PS to look more like a drawing/painting :)

1st phart inverted fractalius filter withg hue change.

2nd phart - inversion, magic circle transformation, fractalius filter but can't remember the order I did them :)
