Price seems good if it's not too banged up.

Not a bad deal, but I have seen some with less than 10k actuations go for that price. Does it come with extra batteries?

Real Estate Mostly -- Since thats slowing down, getting into portrait work. I shoot some High School Sports, but my 40D is just fine for that.

I say its in average condition body wise. I shot some tests, and images are clean. I ran the actuation count myself. Shooter is an real estate guy too, so its seen some outdoor work, but mostly on tripods

Two batteries plus the ac adaptor. How many batteries did they come with out of the box?

They came with 1 battery and one AC adapter that looks a bit like a battery. Considering that you can do a face to face transaction it's in the right range, and it's not too high a count, but you might try a bit of negotiation, but if you've seen the files you know they are an awfully good body.

Thats a pretty good deal, and worth doing if you have the need and can swing the cash.

While its not a steal of a price, I would bet that if you posted the guys name, it would be gone by someone else here before you had the chance to buy it yourself.

You could almost get 2 5d classics in same shape for that billing...

I think a 5d classic used and 35L would be nicer than a 1dsII...

I am just ranting though... seems like a good deal.
