^^^ Just guessing but Vegas?

Yes. Those were taken on a plane/bus tour day trip to the Grand Canyon from Vegas.

The one of Hoover Dam was taken from across the isle in the plane through the opposite window.

The one below that is of Fremont street on approach to the airport and the last one is right before touching down just over the neighborhoods.

Cool shots all! :)

doubleo - I assume you're a pilot / co-pilot? The last time I was able to visit a cockpit during a flight was pre 9/11, and even then I doubt I would have been allowed to use a camera :( ... but still, those were the days when I still used a cheap film camera ;)

Anyone mind if I jump in on the fun? These are taken on approach to SeaTac.

Very nice...

Are those crossing altitudes in magenta in #2?

I'm not 100% sure since I was only catching a ride and I don't fly the Airbus but I believe so.

Yep I work for an airline and I was catching a ride home. Flight was full so I was up front that night.

The man said Window, not Canopy... :p ;)

(A back seat hop trumps just about everything else except being the one driving. Great set of shots... )
