The picture of the cave would have been priceless had those darn plastic bottles not been in the way. Nothing a Little photoshop cant take care of. I have to say, I really really like that picture.

The 370Z is looking good, a little far from how I like my new line of Nismo (I like the G37.) To me the headlights screw up its lines, but eh thats just me. The extreem slope makes it seem like they were taking cues from the old Datsun Z cars!

Nothing can take my love away from the Z32 300ZX though mMmmMmm Good feelings :}
I get to go work on our 93' in a couple hours after it warms up more. LOL

Great pics again. :)

Kitamura often has good deals on newly released equipment. That's where I got my 17-55 IS. Or was it my 70-200 ? I forget.

I pulled up Kitamura Camera website and it's listed at 298,000円...

Was that a local in-store deal?

Greetings - Today I show Yodobashi (my favorite store!) at 286,000 yen, but I have Gold Point Card which gets 10% added to it for 28,600 yen store credit. This is a great deal.
So camera is 255,400 yen including tax. As a visitor (I am a permanent resident), I think with showing your passport, you get the consumption tax of 5% excluded, but not sure. What firmware version is in your new 5D Mark II? I am waiting for Yodobashi to carry it with the firmware update announced earlier this month. If buying with US$ this is 2838.00 at today's rate since yen is strong. I am resisting the purchase temporarily, but will cave in very soon!
Cheers from Kamogawa City.
John

Cool deal! Man, if I wasn't in the market for a new car, I think I would just have to pick one up myself. As far as I know, Yodobashi and Bic have the price matching policy...just in case you are on one of their point systems.

Nice shots on your website. I heard the fire was big! It was even on JNnews. Any ideas on how much cash was actually in that building?

Also, do you remember exactly where the Orion beer entrance was at? I'll be going there for a week in Feb so gotta keep my eyes open for it.
