hey justin, i feel #1 needs a tighter crop as the sky isnt really exciting, even with a tighter crop the composition isnt that well understood as they are far a part which doesnt show alot of connection.

#2 i feel her head shouldnt be by his crotch... its just doesnt feel right. Instead, have her sit on top and have him at the bottom and both try and lean for a kiss? if hes to short, make him jump! xD im sure you were trying to go for a fun pic.

#3 dont like the pp (but if the couple do, then keep doing it :D) and tighter crop. I dont feel the window has any real importance.

#7 i feel its too blue, shirt and dress needs to be more white. Good comp though.

The others seem cool, 6 and 7 are my fav. keep at it :)

I actually liked the original #7. It didn't look 'blue' to me, although not as warm as one might like.

If I have to nitpick, I'd probably do a few things to #2 and #4. For #2, I feel the sign on the very left should be cloned out. Secondly - although there's nothing you can do about this one - the icon on the middle of the Harbour Bridge looks can pass off surprisingly well as lens flare IMO.. For #4, I feel cutting off the texted sign gives the shot a slight 'snapshottish' feel.

Otherwise, I think they all look great. You can try vignetting on some of them.. I think it would work well.

Hey Collin, i hear you about the stupid light thing on the bridge in #2, i thought it was lens flare myself at first. Apparently they put this thing up every Australia day, *sigh* This wasn't a planned place to shoot, the guy just jumped up there, in the end its probably not the greatest as far as composition goes.
The sign in #4 doesn't do much for me either, i tried a tighter crop but it didn't work for me, maybe ill grab a cup of coffee and clone it out ;)
I think #7 looks better to me now that i have warmed it up a bit, however i dont have a proper calibration tool either :(

Thanks for you feedback mate :)

Oh, looks much better. Looks like you've spruced up the colours a bit too - it looks good.

I actually think #2 is a funky shot. It's got attitude.. and it's got a huge freaking bridge! Regarding the 'lens flare', what I'd do is simply desaturate the entire bridge. It should work flawlessly, since it's grey and the sky is nearly white anyway.

Here's a quick edit with some minor cloning, enhancement of colours and a little vignette.. hope you don't mind!

Colour adjustment and vignette work great, thanks mate you've helped me heaps!
