18-55 is vs 28-105 3.5-4.5

I have a 10-22 and 55-250 is but i need a lens in between. I can get a 28-105 3.5-4.5 very cheap or would an ef-s 18-55 is have IQ?

BTW 28-105 is mk1 made in Japan.

I have the 28-105 3.5-4.5 and it's really nice. MIght not be as sharp as the 18-55, and doesn't have IS, but it has USM - its autofocus is excellent and you get full time manual. Its up to you to decide which of those is more important to you.
