Will Cactus triggers work with Elinchrom lights?

Hi folks,

I'm going to look at some Elinchrom D-Lite 4s tomorrow and I'd like to test them with my camera as the seller has sold his camera and is selling the rest of his equipment.

Unfortunately I have a 400d/XTi so I don't have a PC adaptor on my camera. I may buy a hotshoe to pc sync cable in the future, but for testing purposes will my Cactus V2s trigger the Elinchrom lights?

As long as you have the proper connections/cables, yes.
