Rough times

Here are two pictures, that basically show mine and my Wives life right now, with no job, full time school student and 2 kids.

Yes, they do seem a bit Steinbeck-like. If the background was a rolling field, I think it would add more to the feel of escaping the Dust Bowl. I feel for your plight. I too am a student (grad school hurts) in one of the most expensive cities in the US. I've contemplated selling my gear to balm my financial wounds.
