question for you all.

How are many of you capturing light eyes without blowing out everything else. My son has got these great, blue/grey eyes, but the only way to capture the true color is to overexpose by at least 1.5 to 2 stops. He's got a very fair complexion too, so even going over by .5 or more starts to give him a ghost effect.

I've played around with some color tricks on Lightroom, and some techniques work better than others, but I'm still not able to capture his true color.

Tim... Pretty girl, nice angles, but the skin smoothing for me is a little too much. The first one isn't as pronounced as the second one though. Also, the teeth are a bit TOO white on the second one especially. I'm sure she's pretty enough to carry the image on her own without too much PS intervention.

Love my 35 f/2. Below is at f2.2 I believe. Watch out 35L, this little buzzer has some IQ.
