Doesn't the Irvine service center charge $10 all the time?

It used to be free, but some locals were taking their cams in twice a week for cleaning, so they instituted a $30 charge on cleanings. sh!t

I used to make the trek once a year or so. At least they could have put a time limit between cleanings instead of this Draconian $30 charge.
