So I decided to join the revolution and try an HDR shot today. Not going for the over-the-top HDR look. Thoughts?

Looks pretty good. I like the processing. I've been wanting to got down there but have refused to until the ice melts and grass turns green.

the shot has some potential. the dirty snow is a big bummer. maybe go back after some fresh snow hits (next winter?) and I think you might have a great shot.

as far the HDR goes, you definitely showed some restraint in the processing. However, the dynamic range doesn't really appear to be something that a normal exposure couldn't handle. I could be wrong though.
