It was a wildlife kinda morning!

I wish I'd been using a smaller aperture here so that the squirrel was in focus, too! It was early morning, and with the available light, I just didn't know how to get all the parameters right! Suggestions?

Essentially what photography is is life lit up.

The second one made me laugh. In my yard, when the squirrels are there, the birds aren't. They definitely don't share.

Thanks! That's why I posted it even though the squirrel is quite soft. The photo definitely brings a smile to my face.

LOL...just realized, I guess the two in the photo have sort of an "honor among bandits" relationship.
