Actually, in this photo we see Scott (on the left) paying attention to what Alan is saying while his brother Chris (the one who's barely in the shot) is easily distracted by the drama of the found cell phone.

I hired a lawyer, but nothing could be done.

Whoah there- in my defense I thought maybe there was some money stuck in the phone case.

At any rate, I don't see Scott trying to find who it belongs to, he's just standing there, hoping some cute girl jogs by.

"Quick! Give me that phone! A cute girl's about to jog by!"

Nothing wrong with that.
One thing about IR photos is that sunglasses are useless. What cute girl are you looking at Scott?

They were jogging by while the rest of you were taking pictures of ducks.

Ducks! I saw lots of cute ducks.

ok.. so im adding one of my photos here now.

took me a long time to figure out what i wanted to do with it.. and photobucket probably mutilated it.
