Help with PP PLEASE!!!

These are just a few shots I took of my daughter after she ate her ice-cream sandwich today....I was wondering if anyone could help make her eyes really pop, because these photos are a rare case because you can actually KINDA tell her eyes are green...everyone always thinks they are brown because of how they show up.

Also, my 2 editing systems right now are picasa3 and photoshop elements(which I am not too bright with) of there is a way to do it with that software please can someone share with me the idiot-proof method, as this is allllll new to me!

Any input, and PP is appreciated!!

Here is my go. Her nose seemed a little on the yellow side so I tried to match the color with her face. I am on my non calibrated laptop so I cant really tell if the colors are where they are suppose to be anyway LOL

I had made a workflow with skin treatment a while back and it is located in the actions sticky in the post processing section.
