#2 has the makings of something really great. I think you need to him off center and lift some shadows. some flash here would have been phenomenal. 5 also has some potential but crop it to eliminate the sky since its blown and adds nothing.

I agree, if you could find a flash to enlght the brick wall and the subject, there's a lot of potential

I love the location and I agree that some flash would've made them great. As it is, I still really enjoyed looking at them.

No.4 has an interestig concept with the crowd in the background between his legs. His white shirt against the bllown out sky lets the shot down though unfortunately. Perhaps something to consider nailing for next time.

I like the general angles used in the set though, its a great effect when you get low to do your skateboard photog :P

thanks for the advise guys, still learning and growing my kit. trip to B&H in NYC in 2 weeks so i've planned on getting a grip and a 430EX. so hopin for some better lit shots next time we hit up that spot.
