This shot has interest.... I wanna know what he's jotting down. Great DOF on this one.
Could use little contrast adjustment to make him "pop" a little more, tho
Since you have "image editing ok", I did a quick edit:

after: Did a quick curves adjustment, adjusted the WB, some masking and a little sharpening. A 45 second edit: (it was a degraded upload, so I could only do so much... if I had a higher res image, it would be less gritty)

Yea, I know, but honestly, I barely sharpened.... it's just such a low resolution upload, any bit shows more than it should.... it's all I could do with the quality
