What do you think?

These are my very good friends that got married Saturday. To give ya a lil back story I was originally asked to be the photographer and turned them down for a couple reasons. They found another photographer in St.Louis(where they live) and told her about me and the situation of them still wanting me to shoot some. She was really cool and we worked together on a lot of stuff like locations and setups and such. She was a definite PJ style of shooter so I focused more on the artsy, hence the angles and PP styles, plus I know the couple likes this style. These are just a very small few, a lot of them that I took are more meaningful to the family.

The last image is my favorite but I do see quite a bit that is blown out in the whites but I don't know if thats what you were going for. I also like image three.

Thanks everyone, Just like with any art I know everyone has what they like and dislike. I tried to play to my friends style a bit more with these.

Nice shots, however, a little heavy on the PP says this observer.

Many of them are horribly overexposed. Sometimes tilting works, sometimes not. The shot with the whole wedding party by the lake doesn't work for me.

Four and the last one are tremendous images. In number four you really captured her beauty.

For the most part they look really nice.

I try to be careful with tilting - tilt when there is a reason to tilt (composition), but not just to tilt. It's easy to get carried away. If you find yourself twisting your head around when your looking at the photos, then a tilt probably wasn't the best choice for the composition.
