I took that to be an RAF roundel behind and below the cockpit on the right side (?) It's one of the Saudi AF aircraft that has very recently come out of the factory and is on a test flight from RAF Warton, therefore it is still in primer. The RAF roundel and serial are nesscesary for the aircraft to fly under the flag of the RAF.

Aircraft landing on 25L just barely meet the minimum height requirements as they pass. Its a nice little hike as well, and its right on Mill Ave. So its a great location. --My Flickr--
