I often seen the studio shoot that showed flawless skin tone. What's the favorite technique used and any tips on how to do it?

I can get better results with 1 click and about 10 seconds of work than I could with 1hr using manual methods. Can you post a couple of before/after images using this? TIA. "Raw" is not an acronym, abbreviation, nor a proper noun; thus, it should not be in capital letters.

Most of my shots are full body (ie bodybuilders). This is probably the best I have, but this girl's skin is already nearly flawless, so it's not a good example (the skin will almost look too smooth now).

More info | I gave Imagenomic Portaiture the good ol' college try and it does work on skin tones very well but overall I didn't feel that it did much more than what could easily be done in Photoshop besides cut time out of the process.
