Thanks frank this was my first Harrier demo over land, seen them before at beach shows but at airfields it is much better .

Absolutely loving #2. The jet wash is just perfect! It is almost like background blur but without panning

Very nice shots, always like to see the downblast, shows just how much hot air they are generating (almost the same amount as corporate management)

Agreed with the thoughts on #2. But, nice series, overall.

Wearing earplugs? First time I ever saw one doing this I had to stick my fingers in my ears it was so loud. I mean REALLY LOUD! And I was a LONG way from it too. 500+ yards.

Thanks much everyone , yes its very loud , and my hat is off to the Brits for designing such an awesome aircraft. I think i will be seeing the Harrier 2 more times this year, and one of them is a British Harrier so I am excited about that .

Oh yes, very sexy. One of my favorite planes! Great shots! could you feel the heat from those massive turbines?

Nice shots.. I was there for that air show right before the harrier started.. That was the first time i seen this jet in action and it was awesome... I remember thinking to myself damn that would make a good shot over and over again in my head, and the whole time my camera was in my hand and i didnt get one single pic of that jet... Anyways nice shots
