Blacks are too deep, car is nice. The rest is very good.

thanks all. good advice. how do i lighten up the blacks? or how can i correct this so i dont do it next time?

how do i lighten up the blacks?

This is the simplest way:
Airport runway shoot

or how can i correct this so i dont do it next time?

It's more important to get detail in the important highlights.
Need an exposure crutch?

You shot in manual, so you had control. If you used RAW, you could convert two different exposures & blend them in PS using masks to hide parts of the image. Need to remove a background from something?
