Some pics from a spring trip to the Big Island of Hawaii. It was very rainy on the Hilo side, not much to see Volcano wise. Let me know what you think of these.

This is a lava tube we hiked into to get out of the rain.

I have recently been through that lava tube myself ;) #5 is my fave followed by the last one...NICE!
I love the Big Island.
Sorry you missed the volcanic activity....when we were there in October, we saw Kilauea erupt :)


Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.

What's wrong with rain? Rain=awesome waterfalls! That's why you have to love the Hilo side. Of course, I'm biased, since I lived there for 3 years.

Very nice. I love Hawaii. I could live there in a second. Every inch of the islands are a photo-op.
