I'm still trying to settle into some sort of my own style. It was hard but this couple made it as easy as it could have been, they were great!

Please let me know what you think.
I think that a reflector would have done a world of difference. A lot of the photos were throw aways because the shadows were so bad. I had a 430EX with me but my cybersyncs quit on me in the beginning of the shoot.

I like all the shots. although 5 is pulling at me. I may be way off on this but I feel that with her looking at me while her man is kissing on her gives that feeling of "she's really thinking of me"? hard to put it into words but I don't feel their passion here.


Canon 7D, EF 28-70L, EF 50, EF 28-90, EF 75-300, EF 35-70, EFS 28-135 and a desire to learn.

I think no 5 but with her eyes closed would be a much stronger and more intimate shot. The way you posed the shots have given you (and them) some very good pictures.

LOL! I never thought about it that way before, but you're right I should have done the closed eyes. Lesson learned.

I was trying to go for the "I'm so lucky and happy" look
