I finally join the elite team, the canon 5D2 to be exacted. Also my pocket wizard minitt1 and flextt5 came in the same day. I feel like a kid in a candy store all over again. I can't wait to take pictures next week with my lovely 5d2 (going camping this weekend). Here's some pictures shot with my 5d "classic".

Congrats on the new camera. I have to say that I am drooling over the 85L.

Really nice setup. I don't think there's a more lust-inducing combo (for me) than the 5dII and 85L.

Congrats. :)

So far I love the new PW and ETTL. I never really got into the manual thingy setting up the corrected exposure using the old PW. To me, I felt that was way too time consuming. A lot of people complain about the new pw, but there isn't any complaint from me. Good luck on getting your set I know you'll love them.

God that 85L is huge!

After writing and reading tons of thread about 5D vs 5D2? I went with the 5D/85L setup and from there I started collecting my L lens. But I've always felt empty as if I was missing something in my heart. I've long for the 5D2, and dreamed of it. I told my wife I was going to get a 2nd wife, and wasn't going to stop until I get her. So my wife gave in after 6 month of me complaining, and talking about the 5D2. I love it when my 2nd wife dresses up with the 85L, or 135L. So Sexy!!

I hope you spent some money and put a nice filter on the front of that thing.
