Use "standard with +4 for sharpness" all my pics are RAW, this works for me.

Like others, I shoot RAW. However, I use faithful or neutral when I want to use the histogram in camera when metering images. I can also see some validity to setting other picture styles if you know how you want to convert a file to jpeg using DPP. You can change them in DPP, but it could help shave some time if you have an idea of how the PS affects the outcome and is set appropriately.

+1 on this procedure ... I usually stick with neutral instead of faithful.
