Took a trip up to Mount Whitney last week and took some photos of course. I did it as an overnight.....enjoy

An overnighter....wimp! ;)

J/K I did the day hike (external link) a few years ago. Always wanted to go back as a backpacking trip though, but doubt I can walk that far now. :(

I climbed the 2,000ft East Face a little over 10 years ago. It's a spectacular climb!

nice...yea I'm about talking going National Park on the west then hit the trail to Whitney...that one was crazy trip for me....

There are some advantages to the day hike, not having to lug up 40 pounds to Trail Camp :eek:

Not yet, but tomorrow we leave for the High Sierra Trail which takes us up past Guitar Lake and beyond
