In the first couples shot the light is too far to the side again so she is casting a shadow on him. I cant tell on the last one if its underexposed or whether you've applied some PP thats given them bad skin tones.

The key to softening shadows is to make the apparent size of the light source bigger. The easiest way inside is to bounce it off the ceiling or wall. Outside you need something like an umbrella or softbox to make the light source bigger.

I would be inclined to warm the skin tones as well... that last shot has them coloured as if they were zombies (sounds harsher than I mean...) The third shot is nicest in my opinion.
