Also for you military exchange customers, I got a EF70-200MM F4L USM for $498.15 through them. Exchange is normally selling it for $679.00 but your going to have to use a rebate code and call them directly to get that deal. Step one is you will find it on AMAZON for 600.00 and they will price match it down from $679.00 to $600.00. Then with the rebate code you will get it for $498.15. I think that is a super deal for a brand new lens like that. Especially since it has received great reviews.

pulled the trigger on the 70-200 F4L today this way with price compare from Amazon and code "922babycat1". 10% code took it to 539.35 total. So far that's a 5DMkII and this lens from AAFES. Thanks for the info!!!!

AAFES is also out of stock on this lens now. (got the last one!!!!!!!!!!) The IS version can be had sub-$1000 via the same technique when Amazon stocks it again.

I was soooo glad. but then again, moving from crop to full frame alone made a world of difference for me.

got my 70-200 F4 L from AAFES a few days ago, they fudged the order but gave me a $20 gift card for their blatant screwup. So, net price was $519 for an extra week and a half wait.

I wish to serve in my country military or army then i will have so high salary and in this case that 5D mkII will be very cheap, too bad i don't work in military.

All what i wish now is to have my dad money, then i will buy all the rest lenses and bodies and lights i am looking for.

Wow I forgot about this thread! Tareq you have enough toys...leave something for the rest of us! :-):-)

I see AAFES now sells the 1D3 and 1Ds3...it's about time, but at least they're doing better than before...I mean the stuff is coming straight from Canon so it escapes how they don't offer the entire lineup. Though, thanks AAFES b/c my STAR card would then be maxxxxxed.

I check everyday for the 7D...nothing yet.

If you're interested in buying it, I'd call them to see if they'll price match it to B&H. I've never had any luck with it but I've heard that others WERE successful.
