what are your favorite printing sizes with a g9 raw file? (8x10's, 11x13? 13x19?) for best optimum resolution/sharpness overall. are some photoshop sharpening experts? or use third party software? masks, limiting dof?

if you have cs4, do you notice a computer speed operating difference vs cs3?
if both versions were around same price, is cs4 more recommended to get?
