I just bought a 70-200 F4 L and after price matching/discounts got it for $534. Originally $669, pricematched with AMAZON.com down to $600 and then used a discount code to get it down to $534. Free shipping to my APO address, complete, well packed an no hassle. If they have the lens on the AAFES website, it's worth a try to pricematch.
