I figured I'd post some photos of my Flipside 400 loaded up with gear, because I had a
tough time finding similar pictures when I was searching for a bag.
Here is the "standard" configuration. 70-200 mounted to a gripped body down the
middle with one row on each side for additional items. If you take out the divider for
the section that has the microfiber in it, then you can fit the 70-200 with the hood on
forwards.
And this is what I originally hoped to accomplish when I started by bag search: 70-200
mounted to a gripped body AND 17-55 mounted to a gripped body. All of the same items
as the above picture except for the microfiber cloth. No matter what I do this seems to
leave slightly less room.
The second configuration is a winner for me because I like to have both bodies with
lenses mounted and ready to go. With everything you see in the pictures as well as
memory cards, battery chargers, batteries, etc the bag weighs 19lbs. I wore it around
for a few hours yesterday (with all gear in the backpack) and it was quite manageable.
